Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022 (CAPER FY22)
Ogden City's CAPER FY22 reports on the use Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), CDBG CARES ACT (CDBG-CV), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP) Grant funds and is available for public review and comment prior to its submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on September 28, 2022. The City received $1,025,568 in new CDBG entitlement funds for the fiscal year that began July 1, 2021 and ended June 30, 2022 (FY22) and received $947,104 of CDBG-CV Entitlement funds in 2021. The City received $456,504 new HOME entitlement and received $1,652,923 HOME ARP in 2021. In addition, Ogden received CDBG & HOME program income $2,591,005 in FY22. This report includes information summarizing program resources, status of HUD-funded activities, community accomplishments, and a self-evaluation of progress made during the second year of the Five Year Consolidated Plan, July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2025.

Copy of the draft CAPER FY22 is available online at www.ogdencity.com/CAPER. The draft CAPER FY22 can be provided in alternative formats (i.e. Braille/large print, audio tape) for persons with disabilities and may also be translated into Spanish or other languages for limited-English-proficient speaking persons, upon request.

Upon receipt of public comments, Ogden City will summarize the comments received in its final CAPER to HUD on or before September 26, 2022.
