NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on October 4, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed items; and that the Wasatch County Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers to consider the below listed items advanced to the County Council by the JSPA Planning Commission*: NOTE: Both the JSPA Planning Commission and County Council meetings will be held in person as well as online via Zoom. Public comments and questions for the JSPA Planning Commission meeting can also be made via email prior to Oct. 3rd at 5:00 p.m. Emails should be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. Both the JSPA Planning Commission and County Council meetings will also be available for viewing live (with a 40 second delay) and afterwards from the Wasatch County Website: https://docs.wasatch.utah.gov/OnBaseAgendaOnline/. 1. Doug Ogilvy, representing S-LO Jordanelle FGMCD, LLC, requests Final Subdivision and Site Plan approval for Keetley Ridge Phases 1A and 1B consisting of eight single-family lots, 12 townhome lots, and one utility parcel on 5.24 acres located in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA) with a residential single family land use designation. (DEV-6664; Austin Corry) 2. Jack Johnson Consulting, representing Stichting Mayflower Mountain Fonds, requests an Amended Master Plan and Density Determination for Marina-West consisting of 76.5 acres and including 50,000 sf of commercial, 57 ERUs of residential single family detached and townhome product, and 137 AUEs of Affordable Housing apartment complexes located in Sections 19, 30, and 25 of Township 2 South, Range 5 East in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Land Use Authority, at a Public Hearing on October 19, 2022. (DEV-5000; Doug Smith) All interested persons are invited to attend. *County Council Public Hearings will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the date specified.
