WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on September 27, 2022 and October 4, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on October 11, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #Z-9-2022, filed by Shane Keyvani To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from A (Agriculture, minimum lot size 1/2 acre) to RE (Residential Estate). The property is located at 3940 South 5200 West on 10.6 acres The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 14th day of September 2022.
