- SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AGENDA Thursday, September 22, 2022 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be held virtually This Meeting will not have an anchor location at the City and County Building. Appeals Hearing Officer, Staff, and Appellant will connect remotely. The following item will not be a Public Hearing. Comments from the public will not be taken regarding this matter. 1. Appeal of a Minor Alteration Denial at Approximately 665 S 600 E - Kari Gardner, the property owner, is appealing a decision made by the Historic Landmark Commission to deny a Minor Alteration application for a 4' tall vinyl fence and 8', 8' tall vinyl trellis in the front yard of the property at the above stated address (PLNHLC2021-01283). The subject property is located within the Central City Local Historic District, therefore subject to the standards in the H Historic Preservation Overlay zoning district. The subject property is within Council District 4, represented by Ana Valdemoros. The Appeals Hearing Officer reserves the right to change the order of agenda items as deemed necessary.
