Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on September 21st at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:

1. Public hearing and recommendation on an Amended Plat for the Greenwood Creek subdivision, located at 685 W 1040 N, in the R1-12000 Residential Zone, removing a lot for inclusion in the Shin Family lot in the Searle Meadows subdivision.
2. Public hearing and recommendation on an Amended Plat for the Searle Meadows subdivision, located in the area of 685 W 1040 N, in the R1-12000 Residential Zone, amending the subdivision to include property from the Greenwood Creek subdivision as a part of a lot consolidation.
3. Public hearing and recommendation on a Final Plat for Edgewater Phase 2, Plat 4 located in the area of 350 S 1100 W, in the TOD Zone.
4. Public hearing and recommendation on a Final Plat for Edgewater Phase 2, Plat 5 located in the area of 350 S 1100 W, in the TOD Zone.

10. Public hearing and recommendation on an agreement for the Harbor Road Annexation, consisting of 85 acres and located at approximately 6500 W 6800 N.
11. Public hearing and recommendation of a code text amendment to Section 15.01.100, titled Streets and Standard Drawing 15.7 (Section 15.01.1430) amending various elements related to dead end streets and dwelling units on a single access.
12. Public hearing and recommendation of a code text amendment to Section 15.01.100, titled Streets amending various elements related to subdivision connection to public streets and adjacent properties and creating Standard Drawing No. 15.7b (Section 15.01.1435) consistent with the amendments.
ACTION ITEMS
1. Review and action on site plan for the Mira Vista Development, seeking a recommendation of approval for a 21-unit development, located in the area of 530 South 1040 East, in the R3-7500 Zone.
2. Review, and action on a site plan for The Ken Garff Ford Truck Center, for the development of a new truck center in the GC-2 Zone, located at 581 E 1100 S.
3. Review, and action on a site plan for Cost-U-Less Carpet, for a new commercial development in the GC-2 Zone, located in the area 64 N 900 W.
4. Review, and action on a site plan for Pando Lake City, for a new 977,665 sq. ft. office and flexible-use industrial development located in the area 860 E 930 S.
