CITY OF OREM NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on September 21, 2022, at approximately 4:30 p.m. to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARING - Enacting Section 22-6-9(M) Residential Preschool (SLU Code 6265) and Standard Land Use Code 6265 Residential Preschool. PUBLIC HEARING - Amending Section 22-6-9(A)(8) Home Day Care Services-Child & Adult (SLU Code 6263) pertaining to outdoor play areas; and Enacting Section 22-6-9(B)(14) Commercial Day Care Services (SLU Codes 6261 and 6262) pertaining to outdoor play area. PUBLIC HEARING - Amending portions of Chapter 4 (Housing) of the Orem General Plan including updating Demographics and Housing Gap Analysis, and enacting Section 4.4.2 pertaining to Moderate Income Housing Strategies. The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah.
