Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Ephraim City ('City') hereby gives notice of the City's intent to sell approximately 9.62 acres of real property owned by the City (the 'Property'). The Property consists of Parcel No. s-5946, which is located near the city sewer lagoons at approximately 850 West River Lane. The City will hold a public hearing prior to selling the Property. The public hearing will be held on September 21, 2022 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council chambers in Ephraim City Hall, located at 5 South Main St., Ephraim, UT. All interested persons are invited to attend. After receiving public comment, if any, the City Council may make a decision on the sale of the Property.
