Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022, and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action to consider amendments to the Moderate-Income House Plan for Clearfield City, consistent with Utah Code 10-9a-103 and Utah Code 10-9a-408 which requires each city of the first, second, third, or fourth class city OR Fifth class city with a population of 5,000 or more (and in a first, second, or third class county), to conduct a review of and update their Moderate-Income Housing Plan as required. This is a request by Clearfield City Staff, for an amendment to the General Plan, in order to approve and adopt the amendments to the Moderate-Income Housing Plan for the City in accordance with recent legislative action included in House Bill 462 (HB 462). A copy of the application is available for review in the Community Development Department on the 1st Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
