- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 6, 2022, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 22-33: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3909 SOUTH 2200 WEST FROM A (AGRICULTURE, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 1/2 ACRE) TO R-1-8 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 8,000 SQ.
