NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
A request to amend the Lindon City zoning map for the property located at approximately 105 E. 400 N., with Parcel Number 14:071:0358. This property is currently zoned Residential R1-20, and the proposal is to rezone the property to Commercial Farm (CF) to bring the entire Wadley Farms property into compliance with the Commercial Farm code (Title 17.51). Applicant is Colledge Properties.
The Planning Commission will make a recommendation on all public hearing items to the City Council. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planningdept@lindoncity.org.
