PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION SEPTEMBER 26, 2022 Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2022 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Henefer Town Building located at 150 West Center Street to review, discuss, and receive public comment on the proposed Marjorie Bond property annexation (See property description below) Marjorie Bond Annexation Description A tract of land being part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Having a Basis of Bearing of North 00° 22' 35' East between the Southeast and Northeast Corners of said Section 9, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is North 00° 22' 35' East 3263.27 feet along the Section Line and West 171.55 feet from the Southeast Corner of said Section 9 (said point being on the original Town Boundary Line) and running thence South 49° 33'07' West 1.25 feet along the Foust Annexation Boundary to the center of an irrigation canal; the next (3) courses are along said irrigation canal, thence North 66° 30' 56' West 81.80 feet; thence North 65° 55' 46' West 144.16 feet; thence North 63° 08' 24' West 83.40 feet more or less to the southerly annexation boundary line for the Pioneer Crossing Subdivision; the next (2) courses are along said Pioneer Crossing Annexation Boundary Line, thence North 72° 32' 35' East 12.77 feet; thence North 12° 02' 31' East 76.38 feet more or less to a point on the original Town Boundary Line; thence South 50° 50' 12' East 327.45 feet along said boundary line to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said described tract containing 0.30 Acres, more or less.
