- CENTERFIELD CITY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given that Centerfield City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Sanpete County, Utah intends to contract to prepare or amend such impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis. with respect to Sewer, Culinary Water, and Secondary Water. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire city limits. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
