Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Office located at 10 N Main, Monroe, UT. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments concerning proposed updates and revisions to Monroe City Land Use Management and Development Chapter 2 Subdivisions. Changes will include updates to definitions, a plain language update, and meeting requirements of the state. A copy of the proposed amended Monroe City Land Use Management and Development Chapter 2 Subdivisions is on file at the office of the city recorder 10 N Main, Monroe, UT and is available for review during regular business hours.
