BEAR RIVER CITY * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE RECONCILING THE BOUNDARY ALINEMENT BETWEEN PLAT A & PLAT B PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning Commission of Bear River City, Utah along with the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the 15th Day of September, 2022 at the Bear River Civic Center at 5871 North 4700 West, Bear River, Utah at the hour of 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider adopting an Ordinance Reconciling the boundary alignment. The adoption of the Ordinance make the necessary adjustments to the boundary. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Published by order of the Bear River City Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations including auxiliary communicative aids and serviced during the meeting should notify the Planning Commission Secretary at 801-791-5339 at least 48 hours in advance.
