PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. AUGUST 31, 2022
2. Preliminary Plat
A. PARKWAY PROFESSIONAL PLAZA. The proposal is to re-approve a 5-lot commercial development that has expired which is located at 1678 East Spanish Fork Parkway.
3. Site Plan
A. SPANISH SPRINGS BUSINESS PARK (HD FOWLER). The proposal involves industrial development of a site located at 3248 North 170 East.
4. Conditional Use Permit
A. 1150 EAST VERIZON UPGRADE 2022. The proposal involves modifications to an existing wireless tower located at 617 South 1150 East.
5. Project Signage Plan
A. CANYON CREEK PROJECT SIGNAGE PLAN AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current Canyon Creek Project Signage Plan to relocate a pole sign to be located near Texas Roadhouse at 508 East Commerce Way.
6. Concept Review
A. RDG SPANISH FORK INDUSTRIAL.
B. GARDNER COMPANY.
7. General Plan
A. MODERATE INCOME HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN.
