Syracuse City Arts Council Meeting Agenda September 7, 2022 8pm Meeting begins at 8pm in the Syracuse City Municipal Building's large conference room located at 1979 W 1900 S. 1. Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of September 7, 2022 Agenda - Review and Adoption of August 3, 2022 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since August 3, 2022 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. 3. Revise the 2022 Approved Budget 4. Propose 2023 Budget with possible vote 5. 2022-2023 SCAC Season Events Orchestra - Concerts: October 17, 2022, December 5, 2022, February 27, 2023, Spring pending Jazz Band - Jr. Theatre: Mary Poppins Jr. - November 3, 4, 5 2022 Theatre: Readers Theatre 'Dani and the Arabian Nights - Part 1' September 28, 2022 Other: 6. 2022-2023 SCAC Season show decisions with vote (2023-2024 Jr. Show included) 7. Discuss 'Dani and the Arabian Nights - Part 2' 8. Sponsorship Discussion 9. Publicity: Syracuse Connection information & other publicity as needed. WORK SESSION 10. Committee/Board Member Updates/Discussion 11. Future Agenda Items 12.
