- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN APPEALS AUTHORITY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2022 Public notice is hereby given that the Appeals Authority of Huntsville Town, Weber County, Utah, will hold a public meeting on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 6 p.m. at the Ogden Valley Library Auditorium. This is an in-person meeting. The public is welcome to attend. Meeting Place: Ogden Valley Library, 131 South 7400 East, Huntsville, Utah 84317 Time: 6:00 p.m. Agenda: 1) Welcome 2) Administration of the Oath of Office for new Appeals Authority Members. 3) Discussion and/or action on selection of Chairman for the Appeals Committee. 4) Presentation of Application for a determination of a non-conforming lot, parcel #24-014-0003, to the Huntsville Town Appeal Authority - Snell & Wilmer on behalf of Tom Freeman. 5) Presentation of applicable Huntsville Town Code and staff comments from Huntsville Town - Attorney Bill Morris on behalf of Huntsville Town. 6) Public Comment. 7) Discussion and/or action on determination of legal non-conforming lot status on parcel #24-014-0003. 8) Adjourn. ___________________________________ DATE:_______________ Town Clerk/Recorder CERTIFICATE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OR POSTING According to the provision of U.C.A. ยง10-3-713, 1953 as amended, I, the municipal clerk recorder of Huntsville Town, hereby certify that foregoing agenda was duly published, or posted at 1) Town Hall 2) Huntsville Post Office 3)www.huntsvilletown.com and 4) www.pmn.utah.gov
