The Consent Agenda is a means of expediting the consideration of routine matters. If a Commissioner requests that items be removed from the consent agenda, those items are placed at the beginning of the regular agenda as a new business action item. 5. Approval of Under Canvas Alcohol Local Consent Form - Allows Vendor to file for a license with DABC. Vendor Application will be presented for Commission approval later this year.
6. Approval of Letter of Support from the San Juan County Board of Commissioners to support the Cultural Capital Grant of $350,000 to upgrade the Boiler System in the San Juan County Historic Courthouse. The maximum amount of the grant award is $350,000, and San Juan County would have to provide the balance of $147,550 to complete the project based on the estimate.
