IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, September 15, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation to update the Ivins City Moderate Income Housing Plan as an element of the General Plan Applicant/Owner: Ivins City Contact: Building & Zoning Administrator Mike Haycock, 435-628-0606 ext. 714 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, may submit their views electronically via email to City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivins.com, or in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting. A copy of the update is available by request through Ivins City Hall. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari Jimenez at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
