Notice is hereby given that the Stockton Town Council, Town of Stockton, Utah, will hold a regular meeting and a Public Hearing at the Planning and Zoning. The meeting and the Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 6th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Stockton Town Council Chambers Located at 18 North Johnson St, Stockton, Utah. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Diana Degelbeck, Stockton Town Clerk, at 435-882-3877 prior to the meeting. Call to Order- 1.Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call Antoinette Roman (Chair)- Claudia Baker (Member)- Mitchel Solomon (Member)- Gary Hunter (Member)- 3. Council Remarks (Need for another Planning and Zoning Member or alternate) 4. Open to Public comments (3-5 Minutes per person) 5. Close Public Comments 6. Adjourn Public notice provided as follows: Posting Town Hall Bulletin Board and Stockton Town Post Office; and publications at the Utah Public Notice Web Site, Town Website.
