Notice is hereby given that the Ivins City Sensitive Lands Committee will hold a meeting in the Ivins City Hall Snow Canyon Conference Room, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM.

A. Consider approval of Sensitive Lands Committee minutes for July 12, 2022.
3. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Black Desert North Village, located at approximately 1500 East Black Desert Drive.
B. SITLA, 113 acres located at approximately Puerto Drive and 400 South.
C. Desert Cliffs, located at approximately Kwavasa Drive between Center Street and 450 North.
D. Project Updates - Old and New.
