IVINS CITY SENSITIVE LANDS COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA September 6, 2022 435-628-0606 Notice is hereby given that the Ivins City Sensitive Lands Committee will hold a meeting in the Ivins City Hall Snow Canyon Conference Room, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM. 1. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Disclosures/Conflict of interest. 2. GENERAL BUSINESS A. Consider approval of Sensitive Lands Committee minutes for July 12, 2022. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. Black Desert North Village, located at approximately 1500 East Black Desert Drive. B. SITLA, 113 acres located at approximately Puerto Drive and 400 South. C. Desert Cliffs, located at approximately Kwavasa Drive between Center Street and 450 North. D. Project Updates - Old and New. E. Additional Items. 4. ADJOURNMENT Reasonable accommodation- Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs. Please contact the City Recorder at least 24 hours in advance if you have special needs.
