IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, September 13, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on a recommendation for a Land Use Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to RC (Resort Commercial) and a Zone Amendment from RE-20 (Residential Estates, minimum lot size 20,000 sq ft) to RC (Resort Commercial) and RE-37 (Residential Estates, minimum lot size 37,000 sq ft) on approximately 31.5 acres. Applicant/Owner: Enlaw, LLC-Owner. Patrick Manning-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately Black Desert North Village on Snow Canyon Parkway and the future Hamblin Parkway.
