- According to Utah Code 20A-7-401.5. (5)(ii) the election officer must post the Referendum Proposition Information Pamphlet on the Utah Public Notice Website (see the attachment document). As the appointed election officer, I Tara Silver, sent out this notice August 31, 2022 at 5:37 pm
