WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on September 6, 2022 AND September 13, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on September 20, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #GPZ-6-2022, filed by Mountain America Credit Union To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Residential Office to General Commercial and a zone change from R-1-6 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 6,000 square feet) to C-2 (General Commercial). The property is located at 2531 South Redwood Road on 0.85 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments.
