PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND THE ACCESSORY APARTMENT ORDINANCE. Notice is hereby given that the Genola Town Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, September 1st, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main St. Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to get public input on an amendment to the Development Standards which will restrict development on properties that do not have secondary water or cannot be serviced by strawberry highline canal company. The second public hearing is to get public input on an amendment to the Accessory Apartment Ordinance. All information on the amendments will be available for review at the town office located at 74 W. 800 S. Genola during regular business hours Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. or electronically upon request by phone at 801-754-5300 or email @ cityclerk@townofgenola.org.
