The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 1st day of September 2022.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from August 18, 2022.
6- Proclaiming September 2022 to be suicide prevention and awareness month.
7- Discussion regarding request to restructuring culvert by 500 N Martin Rd.
8- Discussion and possible approval of upright head stone in section two.
9- Discussion and possible approval of Saturday Vibes event dates for 2023 and foot print.
10- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2022-06, amending Electric Rate Resolution 2015-15 addressing large and small electric rates.
11- Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2022-05 creating Water Conservation Board.
12- Discussion and possible approval of Water Conservation Board bylaws.
13- Discussion and possible approval of amendments to the Helper City Development Code.
14- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing fertilizer.
