HIGHLAND ARTS COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT: OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE ENRICHMENT FOR ALL THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES IN OUR COMMUNITY CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Shauna Larson (Chairman) KeriLynn Lenhart Ellen Burns Elaine Roundy Jordana Burns Linda Littlefield Sarah Petersen (City Council Rep) Kelly Gummow Carol Hadlock Phoebe Hall CHAIRMAN ISSUES: Fall Events, Fundraising, New events and Holiday Craft Fair, Hanging of Art at City Hall DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Approval of Meeting Minutes - June 8, 2022 and July 6, 2022 2. Director's Reports: Children's Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes by Shauna, Youth Theatre and regular Theatre update and Shakespeare by Ellen and Jordana, Art Club and Graphics by Linda, City requests by Sarah, Input from Elaine and ideas for Art Show for next year, Phoebe-Social Media Update, Carol-Christmas Event and Quilting?, Kelly Crocheting Class. Next Board Meeting: October 5 at 6 pm at the Community Center Building ADJOURNMENT: CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that on this 30th day of August, 2022, the above agenda was posted at the place of the public body, on the Utah State Public Notice Website (http://pmn.utah.gov) and Highland City website (www.highlandcity.org).
