- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING September 13, 2022 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 27.82 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) and 'R-1-10' (Single Family Residential) to 'R-1-10 PRUD' (Single Family Residential - Planned Residential Unit Development). The property is located at approximately 1608 North Valley View. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed. If you desire further information, please contact the Community and Economic Development Department at 336-3780.
