- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NORTH OGDEN CITY Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden City Planning Commission has requested a Variance hearing meeting be held with North Ogden City's hearing officer on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 1:00pm held electronically through Zoom. Join Zoom Meeting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81463117273?pwd=SUJWNkt4ODZyUFQ1WStTUTF3U3oyZz09 Meeting ID: 814 6311 7273 Passcode: 226773 Dial by your location +1 669 444 9171 US +1 669 900 9128 US (San Jose) The hearing will be held to receive comments on a quasi-judicial application regarding a variance request to increase the approved height of an accessory structure at 2855 North 160 East. Copies of materials and staff report are available for public inspection at www.northogdencity.com or at the North Ogden City Offices. This meeting will be held at the North Ogden City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-737-9830 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
