RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 8, 2022 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Walmart Fuel Station - Walmart is seeking approval for a site plan for Walmart Fuel Station to be located at 3823 West 13400 South. - DG Tree LLC, a home-occupation landscaping business, to be located at 12403 South Redwood Road. - Prodigy Bilingual Daycare LLC, an in-home daycare to be located at 12698 S. Stone Heights Drive. - Sweethearts Salon, an in-home hair and nail salon to be located at 11882 Craig View Lane. - Riverwood Estates Amended, combining lots 9 and 10 of Riverwood Estates, located at 1652 West Oak River Court. - Homestead Fencing, a conditional use permit for parallel fencing along the north property line of a property located at 12761 South 3600 West. - Porter Transport, a conditional use-home occupation to be located at 13108 South 1210 West. This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
