Snyderville Basin General Plan Update
You are invited to attend a public workshop to discuss and determine your neighborhood goals and priorities.
The Snyderville Basin Planning Commission is excited to announce three (3) more open-house style workshops focusing on the Basin neighborhood planning areas, in July and August, following the first workshop held July 12, 2011.
The second workshop is scheduled for July 26, 2011 and will focus on the Kimball Junction and Rasmussen / Bitner neighborhood planning areas. If you live, work, own property, or are interested in any of the following general areas please drop by to participate in this session:
• Kimball Junction, Redstone, Newpark area
• Tanger Outlets, Powderwood & Crestview area
• Blackhawk Station, Trout Creek, Spring Creek area
• Bear Hollow Village, Swaner
• Outside or inside these developments but still in these general areas
The Kimball Junction and Rasmussen / Bitner Neighborhood workshop will be held:
Tuesday, July 26, 2011, 5:30 p.m until 7:00 p.m.
Regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting will begin at 7pm, immediately afterward

Workshops for the remaining neighborhood planning areas in the Basin will be held prior to the regularly scheduled meetings of the Planning Commission as follows, and notices with more specific areas will be published in the Park Record and County website prior to each workshop:
• August 9, 2011 – East Basin, Old Ranch Road, and Eastern half of the Sun Peak / Silver Springs neighborhood (generally: Silver Springs, Snyder’s Mill, Old Ranch Road area, Trailside / Mountain Ranch Estates / Highland Estates area, area east of US 40)
• August 23, 2011 – West Mountain and west half of the Sun Peak / Silver Springs neighborhood (Generally: Canyons, Sun Peak, White Pine Ranches & Ivers areas)
