- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday September 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider amendments/additional text to the Zoning Ordinance as follows: 1. A Project Master Plan (PMP)/Development Agreement (DA) for the proposed Lifetime Gym Subdivision located at the southwest corner of Market Street and Burke Lane on 8.93 acres, in the OMU (Office Mixed Use) zone. The public is invited to attend the hearing and give written or oral comments. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify that the above notice was posted at Farmington City Hall, Davis County Library, Farmington City Public Works, the State Public Notice website, and the city website www.farmington.utah.gov, on August 26th, 2022 DATED this 26st day of July 2022.
