NOTICE OF HEARING
FARMINGTON CITY
Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday September 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, the Farmington City Council will hold a special meeting for a public hearing to consider amendments/additional text to the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
1. An amendment to Section 11-31-030: General Provisions, to update the date of reference for 'The Flood Insurance Study for the City of Farmington, Utah, Davis County' and an additional amendment to Section 11-31-040: Designation of the Floodplain Administrator designating the City Engineer for that role (ZT-8-22).
2. An amendment to Chapter 11-10, Agricultural Zones, to clarify which Commercial Recreation uses are permitted and to increase the amount of allowed lot coverage after review of a special exception by the Planning Commission. (ZT-3-22)
The meeting will be held electronically via Zoom. The public is invited to attend the hearing and comments. A link for the meeting will be made available the date of the meeting online at the following URL: https://farmington.utah.gov/government/city-council/agendas-minutes-packets.
