- CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 8 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider a proposal by property owner, Watson Bowden Holdings, LLC. to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately .30 acres of property located at 1660 Murray Holladay Rd, Holladay UT. from the current Residential Multi-Family (RM) zone to the Professional Office (PO) zone. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposal by property owner, Tucker Nipko. to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately 1.90 acres of property located at 4141 S Highland Drive, Holladay UT. from the current Residential Multi-Family (RM) zone to the Professional Office (PO) zone. The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
