Kaysville City Public Hearing Notice The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from The Holland Group Inc., who is requesting a zone change for 67 North Angel Street from A-1 Light Agricultural District to R-1-14 Single Family Residential District. The subject property is a 5.271 acre/229,604 ft² parcel on Angel Street which is currently used as a single family residence. The rezone would allow development of single family lots with a minimum size of 14,000ft². Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
