August 25, 2022 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Planner & Business Advocate 125 South Main Street Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding two public hearing before the Vineyard Planning Commission on September 7, 2022, at 6 pm and City Council on September 14, 2022, at 6 pm located at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059 The first public hearing is for a proposed amendment to the Vineyard Zoning Ordinance Section 15.12.050 changing 'Carwashes' from an accessory use to a permitted use in the Regional Commercial Zoning District. The second public hearing is for changes to the Vineyard City General Plan - Moderate Income Housing Element. The city is considering goals and objectives to support housing options for diverse income levels.
