NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on September 6, 2022 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is proposing to amend the Moderate Income Housing element of the General Plan to update strategies and include an implementation plan. - Mike Nehren is requesting to vacate the right-of-way located at approximately 12472 N Minots Ledge Dr for the purpose of adding a portion of the right-of-way to the property owner's lot.
