Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Authority Committee of Castle Dale City will hold its zoning meeting on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at the Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Opening Statement. 3. Danny Van Wagoner or Britini Moreno- Zoning clearance for a new structure at the Fire Station. 4. Shellee Allread (Sabrina Carter) - business license for Positive Pathways at 151 E Maint St. 5. Alan Jenkins - proposal of additional acquisitions of other properties to expand the C -store, and restaurant (Jr's). 6. Ted Allen requested that we set time aside to look at ordinances 1-3, which he and Todd reviewed and made some changes. 7. Kerry Lake 8. Items for next month's agenda.
