- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on August 23, 2022, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 22-32: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7-1-103, 7-6-210.5, 7-6-301, AND 7-7-115 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING HOSPITALS, THE RESIDENTIAL SUSTAINABILITY ZONE, AND HOME OCCUPATIONS.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
