MINUTES FROM THE HOUSING TRUST FUND BOARD MEETING (HTF) Thursday, January 23, 2020 451 South State Street, Room 126 City & County Building Salt Lake City, Utah 4:00 p.m. 1. Staff Updates 3. Approval of the minutes of the December 4, 2019 and January 9, 2020 meeting. Mr. Cherecwich moved to approve the minutes of December 4, 2019 and January 9, 2020 as presented. Mr. Makowski seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously 4. Business A. Welcome Ms. Rowland welcomed the Board. 1. Review HTF Loan Application, Diamond Rail Ms. Hunsaker presented the application for Diamond Rail Apartments LLC which will be a multi-use, mixed income projected located at 535 West 300 North. Mr. Cherecwhich asked about the Guarantees being paid if the Certificate of Occupancy was not achieved by the estimated date. There was further discussion on risks through stabilization. Ms. Hunsaker said it was a point of negotiation where they can ask the Developer if they could accept. Mr. Carroll said they were open to adjustments. There was further discussion on parking spaces and the site plans. Mr. Cherecwich made a motion to approve the terms with the modification of the Guarantees going through stabilization. Mr. Makowski seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. B. Other Business 5. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:41 PM.
