Description/Agenda: Public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding amending the Fillmore City Water Fund Budget to increase the budget appropriations amount by $1,500,000 in the Water Fund Capital Projects account. This budget increase will be funded by a Utah State Division of Drinking Water (DDW) 30-year loan at 2.5% interest in the amount of $1,500,000, to fund a culinary water system improvement project that includes construction of a 1-million-gallon water tank.
