- Request for Proposal 22-042 City Website/CMS Redesign of sgcity.org Schedule of Events RFP Released August 23, 2022 Optional Pre-Proposal Conference Set on individual basis Deadline to Submit Questions September 20, 2022, 12:00 p.m. Addendum Issued (if necessary) September 7, 2022 Proposals Due September 29, 2022 at 2 p.m. Award October 19, 2022 All proposal documents must be plainly marked with BID#: 22-042 on the outside of a sealed envelope. Envelopes must be sent to the following location: City of St. George Attn: Purchasing Manager; BID #22-042 175 E. 200 N. St. George, UT 84770 Proposals must either be mailed in ahead of time (preferred) or dropped off either at the front desk or via the drive through window at City Hall. Please note that any late bids for any reason will NOT be accepted. Proposals will be accepted until Friday September 16th at 2 p.m. local time. Those on the distribution list will receive a link ahead of time to view the bid opening remotely. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity.
