- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moroni City Council will hold a Special City Council meeting on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Moroni City Community Center, 80 South 200 West. 1. Welcome - MOTION to start meeting - Roll call of Council members 2. Consideration for and adoption of Parameters Resolution 2022-8-24 authorizing the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Moroni City and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project. 3. MOTION to adjourn
