IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, September 1, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation for a Zone Amendment per the Application and Project Plan Applicant/Owner: School Institutional Trust Lands Administration-Owner. Jerry Miyahara - Applicant Property Location: Approximately Puerto Drive and 400 South Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, may submit their views electronically via email to City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivins.com or in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at Ivins City Hall. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari Jimenez at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
