Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE This notice is to advise you that the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee received application from Tim and Carol Eastman for a subdivision plat revision involving two lots located at 98 West 200 South and 290 South State Street, Wales, Utah. The proposed revision would create two lots of approximately 1.5 acres each from two existing lots of 0.62 and 2.56 acres. A public hearing for consideration of the proposed revision will be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, 30 August 2022, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 North State Street, Wales, Utah.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Note: This facility is wheelchair accessible and a handicap parking space is available.
