NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Dudley & Associates requests Concept Plan approval for 207 townhome units in a proposed MDR (Medium Density Residential) zone, located approximately at 5544 River Run Drive. Riverbottoms Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@provo.org PLCP20220014 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room at 445 West Center Street. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments.
