Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE VERNON PLANNING COMMISSION will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, 23 August 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Vernon Fire Station, 325 S. Main Street, Vernon, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approve the minutes of 26 July 2022 Planning Commission meeting 3. General Plan Final Draft and new Zoning Map and Set Public Hearing 4. Vote on Moratorium on new rezoning requests until Town Code is updated and vote to only allow rezone changes twice a year 5. Discussion to add utility easements to Setback Tables and Road Standards 6. Discussion on Lot Line changes and add to Town Code 7. Secretary Report 8. Other business 9. Adjourn
