Excuse those not able to attend 3. Approval of June and July PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a Board meeting wherein Board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is not accommodation for public 'discussion' other than public comment unless approved by the conducting authority. 6. Public Comment period (limited to 15 minutes; 3 min/person or subject) No action can be taken - Chair Bolen 7. Further Discussion of PAR Program Policy 8. Consideration of expenditure of PAR funds for an Arts Master Plan Action Item: 1. Recommendation for expenditure of PAR funds for an Arts Master Plan.
