- The Richmond City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Ordinance 2022-13, an Ordinance annexing a portion of Cache County Parcel Number 09-067-0007. The parcel is approximately 5.33 acres and is located at approximately 150 North 450 West.
