Description/Agenda: Notice of a Public Hearing The City Council will hold public hearings on Tuesday, September 6, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Map amendment: - OAKRIDGE COVE PHASE 2. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-1-30 to R-1-15 located at 2825 South Spanish Oaks Drive. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 7, and Tuesday, September 20, at 6:00 p.m. Title 15 Amendment: - TITLE 15. The proposal involves changes to Title 15 with regard to 15.1.04.020 and 15.3.24.090. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
